We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Luxury Bartender to join our team at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort in Florida, USA.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Luxury Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing impeccable service, and ensuring that every interaction with our guests is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix and serve a wide range of cocktails, including classic and signature drinks
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, incorporating new ideas and techniques into your craft
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience as a bartender or in a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
