Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Honolulu. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and screen qualified candidates using various techniques and tools.
  • Schedule interviews, prepare interview questions, and oversee the selection process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics and trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • APHR, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
