We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitor II to join our team at ARS Aleut Construction. As a Janitor II, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

• Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as cleaning and polishing furniture, drinking fountains, windows, and mirrors.
• Trash and Recycling: Gather and empty trash, including trash cans, near the exterior main entrances.
• Restroom Services: Clean and restock restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and urinals.
• Equipment Maintenance: Notify the lead or manager of any major equipment repairs or additions needed in custodial services.
• Supply Management: Inform the lead or manager of supplies and equipment required for cleaning or maintenance duties.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: One (1) year of related janitorial experience preferred.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, and reach repetitively. Must have sufficient endurance to perform tasks over long periods. Must be able to lift to 25 lbs. regularly.
