Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Administrator to provide administrative support at our training facility. This role requires proficiency in MS Office, strong organization and communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and record-keeping.
- Assist in delivering product instruction/training to dealership employees/customers on the use of equipment.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with learning management systems.
- Knowledge of visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience working with suppliers.
- Prior experience in a dealership setting.
Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour.
