Perioperative Nursing Manager Role

A highly respected 20+ bed hospital near Northern Coastal Maine is seeking an experienced Perioperative Nurse to lead their surgical services team as a RN Perioperative Manager.
Job DescriptionThe RN Perioperative Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the operating rooms, leading a team of skilled professionals, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the perioperative department, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Develop and manage budgets to optimize resource allocation and achieve departmental goals.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and dedicated team.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.
- Minimum three years of clinical experience in Perioperative Nursing.

- Must hold licensure in the State of Maine as a Registered Nurse.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
