Rural medicine at its finest, in the heart of Big Sky Country. Physician Empire invites applications for an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join our team in a picturesque Montana community.
Company OverviewWe are a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH) with an attached clinic and long-term care facility, serving a population of 9,000 residents and a catchment area of 28,000. Our hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission and participates in various quality initiatives, including HCAHPS and CMS programs.
Salary and BenefitsCompensation ranges from the 50th to 65th percentile of the Medical Group Management Association's (MGMA) western region figures, depending on experience level. This translates to an estimated annual salary between $**275,000** and $**325,000**. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:

- Residency stipends for qualified candidates
This is an outpatient-focused position, with an anticipated visit load of 14-16 patients per day. The Women's Clinic operates Monday through Friday. Inpatient responsibilities involve rotating call with the current OB/GYN physician, approximately 300 days per year.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe seek board-certified or eligible obstetricians and gynecologists who can utilize Epic for outpatient and inpatient electronic medical records. Experience with longitudinal health records is highly valued.
