Caliber Collision is a leading provider of auto collision repair and glass services, with over 1,600 centers nationwide. We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Glass Repair Specialist to join our team.

Salary: $28.00 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Job Overview: As an Automotive Glass Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for performing all-purpose duties, including replacement of automotive glass, repairs on damaged glass, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role: This role requires effective verbal and written communication skills, organizational and multi-tasking abilities, and the ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities: Replace automotive glass by following quality standards; perform repairs on damaged glass; complete pre- and post-inspections with customers; utilize various tools and scanning equipment; document repair orders on mobile devices; remove and install trim panels and interior parts without damaging them; prioritize and manage time effectively to complete assigned daily tasks.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy; possess good communication and organizational skills; be able to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders; provide personable and friendly 'World Class' customer service; maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance; pass all pre-employment screenings, including background checks.
