Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Therapist to join our team of professionals who share our commitment to addressing behavioral, emotional, and learning problems. This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a positive impact on the lives of youth and families while growing their clinical skills.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to provide in-home assessment, treatment, case management, crisis intervention, and advocacy services to adolescents and families. A key responsibility will be maintaining fidelity to the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model and coordinating with all members of the treatment team to achieve targeted outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide MST services to a small caseload of youth and families in community settings, including clients' homes, schools, and neighborhoods.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and revise comprehensive individualized safety plans to ensure client and community safety.
  • Engage primary caregivers and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement.
  • Provide family therapy, parent training, cognitive behavioral therapy, skills building, school, and other community system interventions, and clarification work to each client/family served.
  • Conduct MST assessments, including reviewing referral information, identifying and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses, and developing an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecological context.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a field such as social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or human services. A Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) license is also required. Previous experience in delivering mental health services in the home/community to children and families with complex needs is essential.

This position requires flexibility of schedule and ability to travel in response to the needs of families. We offer a competitive total rewards package, including:

Estimated Salary: $55,320 - $61,320 per year, depending on degree and licensure. In addition, this position includes a first-year sign-on bonus of $5,000, quarterly bonuses of $2,000, and the opportunity to earn an additional $3,000 plus per year in model adherence bonuses.
