Procurement Specialist

Triman Industries Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team.

$60,000 - $80,000 per year

• Contract Administration: Ensure timely entry of contracts and orders, review purchase orders for accuracy, and expedite delivery of products with suppliers.
• Purchase Order Management: Create, send, and confirm receipt of purchase orders with suppliers, maintaining strong communication throughout the process.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to problematic orders, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing delays.

• Experience: 3+ years of business administrative experience, preferably in procurement or a related field.
• Education: College degree preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong math, reading, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
