Speech Language Pathologist

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders and disabilities in a school district located in Spring Valley.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
- Provide high-quality therapy services in both individual and group settings, ensuring optimal progress and outcomes for students.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the education team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet the diverse needs of students.
- A Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders from an accredited institution.
- An active California SLP license, demonstrating expertise and professionalism in the field.
- Significant experience working with children in a school setting, showcasing ability to adapt to diverse learning environments.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective partnerships with colleagues, parents, and students.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000, based on industry standards and location.
