MRI Technologist in Chapel Hill, NC

Are you a skilled MRI technologist looking for a new challenge? We have a 13-week contract opportunity for a qualified professional like you in Chapel Hill, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify patient identification and obtain patient history
- Assist patients and family members as needed
- Ensure patient safety and understanding
- Administer oral and IV contrast according to protocols
- Transfer images to quality control and electronic medical records systems
Requirements:
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or registry eligible
- Advanced certification in MRI required within one year of employment
- Must be able to maintain registry status and continuing education requirements annually
Work Environment:
This is a 13-week contract position with a consistent weekday schedule from 2 pm to 10:30 pm.
