Job Overview

Emerging Blue Jobs is seeking a dynamic Luxury Sales Specialist to join our team in SoHo, Manhattan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and styling expertise.
  • Meet personal and company sales targets.
  • Collaborate with management on operational tasks, including reporting, opening/closing duties, and inventory handling.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and offer guidance to team members.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships through follow-ups.
  • Expand sales through appointment-based selling.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards and assist with floor sets.
  • Efficiently operate POS systems for transactions.
  • Partner with the Production team to assist with custom jewelry orders.
  • Stay flexible to support evolving business needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience (leadership/supervisory experience preferred).
  • Established client network and personal styling skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with shipping programs, inventory management, and audits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work effectively.
