Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Installation Project Director to lead our project management efforts in delivering high-quality security solutions to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project life cycle, from planning and execution to delivery and closeout.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, identify and mitigate risks, and develop effective solutions to meet client needs. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will enable you to drive project success and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or engineering, and at least 2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on quality, timeline, and budget.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of people.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and find creative solutions.


What We Offer:
