Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Poker Dealer to join our team at Rivers Casino. As a Poker Dealer, you will be responsible for managing gaming chips, collecting rake, and distributing winning pots in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform the act of mechanically dealing a Poker game in a proficient manner
  • Handle guest transactions and notify supervisors of any irregularities
  • Manage gaming chips, collect rake, and distribute winning pots
  • Support and maintain guest service standards while promoting outstanding relations and enforcing rules of the game

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills required
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Must obtain and maintain necessary licensing

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to sit for extended periods, see, walk, talk, and hear
  • Able to work with others while maintaining a positive demeanor
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds may be required
