Job Title: Occupational Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Alternate Solutions Health Network LLC. As an OTA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our home care services.

About the Role:
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, as ordered by the attending physician.
  • Assess patient conditions and notify the Occupational Therapist of any changes.
  • Develop and implement plans of care to improve patient functional status.
  • Counsel patients and their families on disease management and proper use of equipment.
  • Document all clinical activities and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Current license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of employment.
  • Minimum one year of experience as an OTA in an acute care setting, with home care experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
