$92,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
As an Operations Manager - Residential Program, you will oversee the daily operations of our residential program, ensuring a safe and successful environment for youth served. You will direct all program components, including educational, clinical, counseling, family services, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct program/facility service delivery to maintain safety for youth and staff.
- Ensure maintenance of a therapeutic environment consistent with YOI policies, practices, and standards.
- Implement established procedures to ensure facility compliance with local, state, and federal health, fire, and safety codes and requirements.
- Lead facility performance and quality improvement initiatives and processes.
- Recruit, interview, and hire all facility staff.
- Audit facility efforts to maintain licensure, contract, and accreditation standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in the social or behavioral sciences required; Master's degree preferred.
- Five years' experience working with youth and families at risk required; two years' supervision experience required.
- Must be able to manage for results, work collaboratively, serve as a change agent, develop, and coach staff.
