Job Summary:

Trinity Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our new medical ambulatory campus in Dublin, Ohio. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care and provide exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and implementing physician orders.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care, including documentation of treatments, medications, and test results.

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new technologies.

Requirements:

Graduate of a School of Practical Nursing.

Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio.

Successful completion of an LPN IV therapy course with proof of certification.

Current BLS/CPR certification.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMRs).
