Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Crystal Clinic Orthopedic Center.

About the Role

This position is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting physicians with medical procedures, and performing various administrative tasks. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care and promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including rooming patients, taking medical histories, and administering injections
  • Assist physicians with medical procedures, such as applying and removing casts, fitting and educating patients on DME
  • Complete thorough documentation in EMR, prepare charge tickets, and process referrals
  • Greet patients, complete check-in process, answer general questions, and schedule appointments
  • Process medical records requests, track and document 'no-show' patients, and maintain front office equipment
Requirements:
  • Current and valid license to practice Practical Nursing in the State of Ohio
  • Authorized to administer medications by The State of Ohio Board of Nursing
  • BLS within three (3) months of hire
  • Three to five years of experience in field or profession preferred
  • Prior front desk experience in a medical office preferred
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
