About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

The selected candidate will conduct comprehensive hearings tests, including the Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test. They will also complete a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) in our computer portal, providing crucial medical evidence for the VA's decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct hearing assessments for 3-6 Veterans per day, on average.
  • Review patient medical records in our computer portal prior to each appointment.
  • Complete DBQs in the computer portal, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation.

Requirements

  • Auditory Doctorate degree from an ASHA Accredited school.
  • Current license as an Audiologist.
  • Meet credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.
