This position performs essential branch office operations, processes listing and sales contracts, compiles buyer/seller guides, creates marketing materials, and maintains client databases to support sales associates, management, and administrative staff. The role may provide work direction for clerical staff and coordinate daily general office activities.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Contract Processing: Receive, process, and review listing and sales contracts. Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of all paperwork, record sold records, and prepare reports.
  2. Branch Operations: Perform daily branch office tasks, including maintaining office appearance, distributing mail, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling petty cash, and maintaining supplies.
  3. Training and Support: Assist training new office personnel and provide work direction to other staff. Train new sales agents on office equipment and computer programs.
  4. Marketing and Client Services: Create promotional materials, letters to clients, presentation materials, and assemble buyers and sellers guides.
  5. Licensing and Administration: Process license application paperwork for sales associates.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; secondary education preferred.
  • Three years of clerical or administrative experience.

Essential Skills:

  • Knowledge of real estate business preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects concurrently.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $26.50 hourly (based on location and experience).
