Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Patient Care Leader. As a leader in our healthcare team, you will establish a personalized relationship with patients and their support systems, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care that promote optimal health or a comforting peaceful death.

The successful candidate will utilize evidence-based practice and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey. You will accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for managing and providing care in accordance with current policies and procedures.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a 4-year Bachelor's Degree and a Graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing. If your RN license has been inactive, retired, or lapsed for five years or more, you may need to complete a Board-approved refresher course prior to reactivating or reinstating your license.

We prefer candidates with one year of relevant experience, and current licensure in the appropriate state is required. We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Estimated Salary: $65,000-$80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
