About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Electronics Assembly Specialist at Aerotek in Austin, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to electronics assembly and repair.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and repair electronic components using various techniques and materials.
  • Utilize soldering equipment to ensure high-quality results.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of production outputs using a microscope.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in electronics assembly and repair.
  • Proficiency in soldering and use of associated tools.
  • Familiarity with IPC standards and production processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
