Statewide Resilience Planner

Overview:
The State of South Carolina's Office of Resilience is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Grants Administrator I. In this role, you will assist the Resilience Planning Director in identifying and pursuing funding opportunities, formulating grant requests, and participating in meetings and public hearings. You will also provide support for Office of Resilience projects as directed. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, personnel, grant-in-aid or public administration, and experience in grant development and administration.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. You will work closely with the Resilience Planning Director to identify and pursue funding opportunities, and provide support for Office of Resilience projects as directed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of state and federal development and assistance programs, as well as the principles and procedures involved in obtaining grant funds from various sources.
