Job Description

Royal Plus, Inc. is seeking a Claims Administrator to join our team in Berlin, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling emergency mitigation/restoration calls, working closely with estimators, project managers, and field technicians, and performing data entry and spreadsheet maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle emergency mitigation/restoration calls
  • Work closely with estimators, project managers, and field technicians
  • Data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
  • Accounts receivable
  • Several other office duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • At least 18 years of age
  • 3+ years of excellent customer service experience
  • 3+ years of QuickBooks experience
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience
  • 1+ years of commercial and residential restoration experience
  • 3+ years of data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
  • 1+ years of TPA experience: XactAnalysis, Alacrity, and Symbility
  • Type 40+ wpm
  • Knowledge of industry policies
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
