We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and teamwork.

Job Summary

You will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding service, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling satisfied and valued.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues they may have. You will also assist customers with their purchases, provide product information, and recommend relevant products or services.
  • As a Customer Experience Representative, you will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. You will also participate in visual merchandising, maintaining the store's appearance, and adhering to company standards.
  • You will be required to maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and report any discrepancies to management. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, assisting with receiving and stocking merchandise, and implementing new processes to improve efficiency.
  • You will also be expected to support the sales team during peak periods, helping to drive sales and revenue growth. You will engage with customers, respond to their needs, and promote our products and services.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; however, a degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is necessary; retail experience is desirable.
  • You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • You should possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
