We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Advisor at Anytime Fitness.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fun and upbeat environment where every day is different. As a Membership Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships, personal training, and other services to our members and prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Anytime Fitness as a brand ambassador and promote our services to members and prospects
- Greet and welcome members, providing exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Make sales calls to prospects and members to promote memberships and services
- Set up and sell new memberships, promoting our services to new and existing members
- Promote and sell personal training services to members
- Conduct guest tours and provide information about our facilities and services
- Assist with daily maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure our facilities are clean and organized
- Participate in marketing events and promotions to drive sales and engagement
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or the fitness industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
