Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Franchise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service through phone, in-person, and online interactions
• Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Stock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
