Chemical Product Scale Up Manager

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Product Scale Up Manager to lead our new product development efforts. This individual will be responsible for managing scale up teams, supporting product commercialization, and collaborating with R&D, QC, engineering, and product line management team members on new product strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage formula scale up teams and support product commercialization.
- Support internal and external technology transfer.
- Manage raw material qualification and manufacturing adoption.
- Troubleshoot process and quality issues at manufacturing sites.
- Browse and collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product strategy and execution.
- 7-10 years of experience in product synthesis and scale up is required. An advanced degree in chemical engineering is a plus.
- Proven record of chemistry design, product formulation, chemical synthesis, and characterization.
- Strong communication and customer service skills; effective public speaker.
- Ability to think outside the box.
- Demonstrated ability to be organized, flexible, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Exhibit ability to be a strong team player.
- Possess excellent written and verbal skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary: $120,000 per year. We offer competitive compensation, medical, dental, vision coverage, life and disability insurance plans, paid vacation days, paid holidays, retirement and savings (401K) plan with company match, and referral bonus with no cap on amount of referrals.
