Salary and Benefits

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $28.00 per hour, with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Job Description

As a Senior Meat Cutter, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of various meat products and equipment usage
  • Providing expert advice to customers on meat selection and preparation
  • Operating and maintaining equipment to ensure efficient production and quality control
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated expertise in meat cutting and processing techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar role or relevant training in meat cutting and processing would be an asset.
