About the Role

Nesco Resource is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Operations Specialist to join their team in Quincy, WA. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with a premier Data Center Integration company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary operations support in customer data centers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of support tickets. Key duties include routine maintenance oversight, monitoring of data center infrastructure, and installation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first- and second-level support to diagnose and resolve customer incidents
  • Develop and maintain documentation for problem analysis and resolution
  • Register customers into the site security access control system and provide remote hands services
  • Perform installation, termination, testing, and labeling of cross-connects
  • Support service order installation and cross-connect troubleshooting

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements
  • Some college education preferred
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications or data center operations
  • Operational experience with security systems, client management, and performance monitoring
  • Proficiency in cross-connect circuit troubleshooting, media, and test equipment

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $60,000-$80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Nesco Resource offers a competitive compensation package and a dynamic work environment.
