Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner in Brooklyn NY

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Brooklyn, NY.
The ideal candidate will have prior gastroenterology experience and a minimum of 3-5 years of practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and we require our healthcare professionals to have a strong understanding of medical management principles.
This role involves working closely with our physicians in a dynamic office setting to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of patient status and clinical management.
We require all applicants to have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and possess the necessary qualifications to work in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care through accurate diagnosis, effective treatment plans, and regular patient evaluations.
- Work collaboratively with our physicians to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical management principles and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Benefits:
