Job Summary:

  • Provide primary and specialty care to patients in various settings
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement care plans, and educate patients and families on disease management and prevention
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Document patient information accurately and confidentially

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
