About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting overall health and well-being.

About the Position
  • Job Summary: The Nurse Practitioner will provide primary care services to seniors, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services, including physical exams, diagnoses, and treatments.
    • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
    • Conduct health screenings, prescribe medications, and order diagnostic tests as necessary.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of technical experience and 2+ years of project leadership experience.
  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $102,200 - $140,700 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, and more.
