Medical Surgical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Surgical Nurse to join our team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. As a Medical Surgical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe and quality care for our most vulnerable patients.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive and compassionate care for Medical Surgical level patients, which can range from Heart Failure and Pneumonia to Hip Fractures and General Abdominal Surgeries
- Develop and implement nursing care plans, assessing and monitoring patients
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes but not limited to, Physicians, Care Management, and Therapy Services
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- One year of related work experience preferred
- Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse required
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
We offer a competitive pay range of $42.50 - $71.80 per hour and are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
