Vehicle Dynamics Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Dynamics Engineer to join our Vehicle Engineering Practice and Test Engineering Center in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will work on technical analyses of transportation accidents, mechanical failure evaluations, and assessments of vehicle safety systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support fieldwork and testing, including inspections of accident sites and vehicles
- Conduct technical analysis of transportation accidents involving heavy trucks and passenger vehicles
- Develop and implement solutions to improve vehicle safety and performance
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of dynamics and mechanical design
- Experience in vehicle dynamics and/or crashworthiness preferred
