About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our NICU team at Corpus Christi Medical Center Bay Area. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients in the NICU and Newborn Nursery
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the NICU that guide and support the provision of services
- Meet the standards of Practice for a Level II and Level III NICU and manage all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment
- Participate in activities to plan, measure, assess, and improve the quality of patient care
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current RN license in Texas and/or current Compact License
- Current BCLS certification required
- NRP certification within 90 days of hire
- STABLE preferred
- 1 year of current NICU experience required
Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and bonuses.
