Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer III to join our Electrical Design Group in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will lead the preparation of proposals, scope development, and conceptual designs for electrical protection and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement electrical protection and control design deliverables
  • Lead coordination of design activities with other departments
  • Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to less experienced engineers and team members
  • Regularly meet and correspond with clients or outside personnel
  • Perform quality reviews for other engineers and designers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program
  • Minimum 7 years related experience (completion of master's degree in related field may be substituted for one year of experience)
  • Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Proficiency with National Electrical Safety Code and IEEE/ANSI Standards
