Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,944 - $124,384, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive total rewards package that supports the health, life, career, and retirement of our colleagues.

Job Description

This Registered Nurse role will involve working closely with medical providers and the care team to deliver personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care to patients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to advocate for patients, families, and caregivers.

  • Assess patient condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical provider(s), ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Registered Nurse Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
