We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a key member of our outpatient dialysis center, you will provide exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

No prior experience in dialysis is required, as we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success. You will work closely with a supportive team to develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families, providing personalized care plans and conducting observations to improve health outcomes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of our patients. We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) match, paid time off, and more.

To be successful in this position, you will need an Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing. Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg can be beneficial but is not required. Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is also a plus.
