Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and education to patients and families.
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Current licensure to practice nursing in Ohio.
- BLS certification required prior to patient contact.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire in step-down and ICU areas.
- Certification in area of clinical specialty expected within five years of eligibility.
- BSN degree required; MSN or DNP degree preferred.
