Insurance Service Coordinator

At Amy Rossi & Associates, we are seeking a dedicated Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with policy inquiries, claims processing, and general insurance questions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Provide superior customer service by helping clients with policy inquiries and requests.
- Policy Management: Assist clients in understanding their insurance coverage, making changes, and renewing policies.
- Claims Support: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy updates, and service requests.
- Communication: Keep clients informed about industry updates, policy changes, and new offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
