Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 per year, with opportunities for overtime pay and bonuses based on performance. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Job Description: The successful candidate will have a Class A or B commercial driver's license and at least 21 years of age, as per Federal D.O.T. regulations. They must also pass a D.O.T. Physical and Drug Screen and have experience driving a truck over established routes. The candidate will be responsible for collecting money from customers, making change, and recording transactions on customer receipts. They will also write customer orders and instructions, record sales or delivery information on daily sales or delivery records, call on prospective customers to solicit new business, prepare order forms and sales contracts, inform regular customers of new products or services, and listen to and resolve service complaints.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, the candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. They must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb, crawl, and walk in an upright and bent position to facilitate loading and unloading product at destination, placing stock on shelves or racks, setting up merchandise and sales promotion displays, issuing sales promotion materials to customers, collecting or picking up empty containers or rejected or unsold merchandise, stacking and unstacking items weighing 50 pounds from a height of approximately seven feet to the ground and back continually, and dragging stacks of milk weighing approximately 240 pounds throughout the shift.

Working Conditions: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, often outdoors, and in varying weather conditions. They must be able to work in very hot (100°+) and very cool (less than 32°) environments throughout the year. They will also be required to work safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized workspace and adhering to all Department of Transportation regulations.
