Job Summary
Milliman's Health Practice seeks an experienced Healthcare Actuary to lead our FSA team in Seattle. This challenging role involves analyzing healthcare data, managing projects, and supervising junior staff.

About the Role
This is a key position for someone with 5-10 years of healthcare actuarial experience, including at least 4 years working on Medicaid. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and hold the FSA designation. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Excel and the ability to work independently and in teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Analyze complex healthcare data to inform business decisions
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
* Supervise and mentor junior actuaries, providing guidance and support as needed
