Eliot, a leading human services organization, is seeking an experienced Dietitian to join their team. Located in Malden, MA, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing education and consultation to individuals with mental health disabilities.

Job Description:

The Dietitian will work closely with clients to develop personalized nutrition plans, taking into account their specific needs, preferences, and abilities. This includes creating meal plans, facilitating groups, and providing one-on-one training on healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nutrition plans for individuals with mental health conditions, including diabetes, obesity, and eating disorders
  • Provide education and consultation on healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications
  • Facilitate groups and trainings on nutrition and wellness topics
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve their nutrition goals
  • Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Schedule: 40 hours per week, flexibility between Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm hours.

Salary: $57,680.00 per year.

Location: Community-based services provided in the Metro North region, with the office located in Malden, MA. A car and driver's license are required, with mileage reimbursed for community visits.
