Telecommunications Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Telecommunications Specialist at CharterCARE Health Partners, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing calls via an electronic console. You will also dispatch reports to failures in the communication systems/network and obtain pertinent information for messages to Medical Staff and on-call physicians. Additionally, you will locate on-call and in-house medical and hospital staff members using various communication systems.

Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent is required. Some formalized business training is preferred. A minimum of two years' experience in Telecommunications and console operations is also required. Knowledge of Williams Communications and Microsoft Office is preferred. Experience in hospital communications is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
