Independent Optometrist Opportunity

As an Independent Optometrist at Sam's Club, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice within our facilities. This unique opportunity allows you to take a leading role in patient care, focusing on eye and vision health, as well as general well-being.

Requirements:
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
  • Valid state ophthalmology license
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
  • W-9

By leasing space within our Sam's Club, you will have the freedom to manage your practice while benefiting from our support services. This opportunity is ideal for experienced optometrists looking to establish their own independent practice.

Compensation:

The annual salary range for this position is competitive, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and stock options.
