Job Title: Retail Sales LeaderSalary: $18.50-$22.50 per hour (estimated)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Leader to join our team at our store located in Kennewick, WA. As a Retail Sales Leader, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets, implementing effective sales strategies, and continuously improving sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and shopping habits to provide personalized service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team by coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Collaborate with Store Manager and other leaders to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and drive operational excellence.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1-3 months of retail sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and visual merchandising principles.
