About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team at ClearSky Health. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will provide exceptional patient-centered care and make a real difference in people's lives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement identified plans of care and contribute to the development, maintenance, and update of those plans, identifying potential risks and contributing to corrective action plans.
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions, completing all documentation in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and delegate care and treatments with the interdisciplinary team, notifying proper personnel of real or potential problems with patient issues and quality and/or appropriateness of care.
  • Provide timely assistance with urgent and emergency situations, such as Code Blue and Rapid Response.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program required.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
  • One year of recent experience in an acute care setting preferred.
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
  • Current CPR Certification required.
