Total Rewards Director of Strategic Compensation

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Director to join our team at Home Chef. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. They will be able to analyze market trends, develop strategic compensation and benefits plans, and oversee the administration of HR systems and processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Analyzing market trends and developing strategic compensation and benefits plans
- Overseeing the administration of HR systems and processes, including HRIS and benefits management
- Liaising with senior leadership to ensure that compensation and benefits plans are aligned with business objectives
- Developing and maintaining policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits

What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Total Rewards Director who is passionate about compensation and benefits and has a strong track record of success in this field. The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources or business administration
- At least 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
