About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with patient care in the Interventional Radiology Department, providing technical assistance to the IR team, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
  • Operate conventional, fluoroscopic or radiology equipment to obtain images of designated body parts according to physician specifications and/or orders.
  • Assist the physician with the performance of various diagnostic and interventional procedures, by monitoring, passing instruments and catheters, observing patient response to procedure, maintaining sterile field, interpreting and evaluating diagnostic data to be utilized by the physician.
Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must have a current license in good standing, appropriate specialty certifications/credentials, and at least 18 months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

You will also be required to work effectively in a team environment, maintain an environment of excellence, and provide quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as full coverage of all credentialing fees, private housing or housing allowance, group health insurance for you and your family, company-paid life and disability insurance, travel reimbursement, and 401(k) matching.
